Purchasing Your Pup

We no longer accept checks. ONLY CASH OR VENMO IS ACCEPTED ON THE DAY OF PICK UP. (fees may be incurred using PayPal/Venmo and also must allow 3 business days prior to picking up your pup/dog). For pups being shipped, balance is due @ 6 weeks old.  

Visitation

The only way pups receive immunity to diseases and bacteria is through mother's milk. Pups can easily contract diseases and infections prior to vaccinations. Therefore, for the safety and health of our pups we are very restrictive on visitation prior to their vaccination. Also, for the health and safety of our pets and yours, we DO NOT ALLOW anyone to bring their pets to "visit" or meet a potential new "family member." At 6 weeks old, pups get their first parvo and 5 way vac (DAPPv) vaccination. After pups reach 8 weeks old, they should be ready for their new homes for those that are picking up in person. All pups that are scheduled to fly somewhere are required to be at least 8 weeks old.

  ***We DO NOT allow visitors to bring their pets to visitation for any reason.*** 

Pick Out/Pick Up

Labrador puppies don't start showing personality till they are around 4-5 weeks old, so generally we schedule you (in order of your "pick") to come pick out and pick up your new pup the 1st Saturday after they are 8 weeks old. We will not hold a puppy unless it has a deposit placed on it. After the lab puppies receive their first vaccination, the buyer(s) are contacted to set up a day and time to come and finalize their "pick". If the buyer is unable to make a pick in person, we can certainly send photos and allow the buyer to make their choice via email photos. Pups must be at least 8 weeks old before leaving Bentwood Cove. **No Exceptions** If you are having a puppy shipped, the FAA requires that all pups be at least 8 weeks old to fly. Pups can be shipped ONLY if utilizing a Flight Nanny to fly in the cabin. **No cargo shipping**

All transportation is at the buyers expense and is their responsibility to coordinate.
